Applicant should possess a strong working knowledge of Kiln Control Systems including PLC Burner Control, Draft Control, and Mechanical Systems.  Working knowledge of refractory chemistry, shapes, repair and replacement.  Automation experience and problem solving ability expected.  Aggressive, pro-active style required.  Kalzen, Six Sigma or similar systems experience is a plus.  Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.  Minimum ten years hands-on-direct supervision experience and operations of kiln firing ceramic products.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Must provide proof of High School Diploma or GED, One year factory experience at one location. Must be able to pass a National Background Check and Drug Screen.

Must have minimum of 5 years experience.  National Criminal B/G check required.

Stud Welding experience required.

Experience in Mechanical, Hydraulics and Electrical maintenance required.

Supervisory experience and knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems required.

Must have 1-2 years experience or Associates Degree in related field.

Experience required.  Must pass national criminal b/g check and have stable work history.

Position will be responsible for coordination of all production in the plant.  Must be proficient in Excel, have excellent customer service skills and be detail oriented.  Logistics B/G required.  Bachelor's degree required, preferrably in Accounting.

Must be able to pass a d/s, lift up to 50 pounds, work with knives and scissors, have good attendance, work overtime as needed--Want to be a full-time employee.  Must be willing to relocate with available assistance.
